अन्नपदार्थ यानुसार मानवास किती क्यालरीज मिळतात हे तपासून काही माणसाना लागणारी क्यालरीज असणारे अन्नपदार्थ बनविणे .
जे अन्नपदार्थ आपण खातो.त्यातून तीत्यार होणारी उर्जा तिला मापनाचे शाधन म्हणजे क्यालरीज होय .
